A blend of Chardonnay and Semillon, this full-flavoured wine is
smooth, clean and well balanced. Oaking is not required, but will
enhance if aging.
Chenin Blanc
Chenin Blanc has a dominant flavour, slightly fruity and unique
in many ways. You’ll savour apple and honey flavours.
French Colombard
Crisp, acidic and extremely fragrant in its youth. A lovely summer
refresher.
Gewurztraminer
Extremely spicy in flavour and aroma, this wine offers a frontal
attack on your taste buds. Well-aged, it becomes truly distinctive.
Johannisberg Riesling
A light coloured, delicately flavoured wine which offers a slight
tartness. A flinty lime flavour and spicy bouquet complement the
clean taste.
Liebfraumilch
A delightful blend of Rieslings, fruity in aroma and clean in taste.
Well balanced as both a dry, crisp wine or as a medium sweet wine.
Pleasant in its youth.
Musette
Well-balanced and full of fruit with earthy qualities. It is light
in body with a cool, clean flavour. Typically off-dry, it’s
an early consumer.
Pinot Blanc
A superb wine with a rich, full-bodied flavour and slightly weedy
aroma. Subtle undertones of apple and peach round out this wine.
Best consumed early.
Pinot Chardonnay
A full-bodied wine with crisp, green apple bouquet and hearty deep
flavour. One of the finest wines on the market if you value depth.
Pinot Gris
Also known as Pinot Grigio. Dry with overtones of green melon leading
to a crisp, clean finish. A bouquet of honey and herbs completes
the experience.
Riesling
Clean, crisp and slightly fruity, this German-style wine is fruity
and flavourful with an intense aroma.
Sauvignon Blanc
A clean, refreshing wine offering a light, fruity aroma with green,
herbal flavours and a touch of mint. A unique French-style wine
that ages well.
Soave
Light and delicate, with a slight nutty flavour, you will enjoy
the perfect balance of fresh fruit and crisp acidity. This wine
is best consumed young.
Verdicchio
Herbal aromas dominate the bouquet, while flavours of lemon and
pear entice the palate. The finish is crisp and clean.
Zinfandel Blush
With just a hint of rosé, this light Zinfandel is fruity,
refreshing and easy drinking. Reminiscent of candied raspberries
as it rolls across the tongue. Do not age.

Barolo
Deep in colour and high in tannin, full-bodied and robust, its intensity
will roll thickly over your palate. Oaking is recommended.
Bergamais
A fresh young wine, best consumed in its youth. Cherries and plums
fill the nose and the sweet cherry follows through to the mouth,
where it lingers softly.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Considered the noblest of all grapes, this full-bodied red is dark
in colour and aggressive in nature. A hint of violet is present
in the bouquet, typical of this variety. It’s superbly enhanced
by oaking, and does well with age.
Chat Dormant
A dark, rich, full-bodied wine so smooth it’s like liquid
velvet. Hints of plum and licorice in the bouquet lead on to dry,
intense flavours of raspberry and strawberry.
Chianti
Aggressive in nature, it is crisp, clean and spicy with a subtle
black pepper flavour. This is the ultimate sangria base. A perfect
mate to Italian food.
Malbec
This almost black grape produces a rustic, medium-bodied red wine.
The wine has a soft, rich texture, silky tannins, and flavour filled
with ripe plums, currants, cherries and red berries while the nose
has a hint of vanilla. Best served with hearty meats such as beef
and lamb.
Merlot
A smooth rich wine, medium dark in colour, tasting of blackberry
and currants. You’ll note a hint of green olive in the nose.
Petite Syrah
This rich, extremely dark wine has a plum flavour. Due to high tannins,
this wine will age gracefully for longer periods of time.
Pinot Noir
A rich red wine, hearty in nature, smooth in flavour. The soft texture
and dark colour complement the flavours of berry fruit, with a subtle
raspberry undertone.
Valpolicella
An intense deep-coloured red wine boasting a velvety yet fruity
flavour, with a long, lingering finish. Excellent when young, better
with age.
Vieux Chateau du Roi
A complex blend of varietals, the heartiest rich wine of our collection
is extremely dark in colour and tannic in flavour, with a hint of
plum and excellent aging potential.
