Our beer is Kettle Beer–produced using the same technique as micro breweries, including copper kettles and cold-filtering. Most brew on premises beer operations offer only "kit beer." Kettle beer is far superior! We also use the purest filtered water available. Our beer is natural, with no preservatives or additives. Our products are 100% quality guaranteed.

We have over 75 varieties of beer for you to choose from. We can even custom forumulate a beer for you.

Brew time is only 2 weeks, and batches are available in 24 or 48 litres, from $57.

Tips on Beer-Making

Always store your beer upright in a COOL, DARK PLACE (preferably refrigerated). This will extend its optimum taste and clarity. The colder the storage temperature, the longer you will get to enjoy your beer!

Cloudiness is caused naturally by brewer's yeast. Cloudy beer is fine to drink.

Keep everything that comes in contact with your beer CLEAN. As you empty a beer bottle, rinse it thoroughly with hot water. This will prevent molds or mildews from growing. Always store clean bottles with their caps off.
